Care teams get a flood of alarms that all look equally urgent. Built a triage queue that groups alerts into incidents, ranks them, and shows the reasoning behind every score. In the demo, 151 alerts become 41 incidents, and a coordinator can open any one to see why it ranks where it does. Django REST Framework backend with the scoring logic, a React frontend, PostgreSQL on Neon, deployed on Render and Vercel, and the Claude API for plain language explanations when a key is set. All demo data is synthetic. Pulse stands for Prioritized Urgency from Logged Signals and Events.
