Home care coordination breaks down across seven different roles. Rebuilt it from scratch as a Django and React platform I own end to end. Working in healthcare, I kept seeing the same gap: no single source connecting staff, patients, and hospital partners. I first prototyped it with an AI builder, then rebuilt every layer myself. Django REST Framework backend with invite only JWT auth across seven roles, a shift change approval workflow, geofenced clock-in, realtime messaging over WebSockets, and a Gemini powered assistant with role scoped RAG search, backed by PostgreSQL on Neon and deployed on Render and Vercel.
